Q:

What is a “Wrinkle Filler”?

A:

A “Wrinkle Filler” is a treatment used to provide fullness and hydration to areas of the skin that have lost volume and elasticity. Filler are gently inserted under the skin and provide immediate results. All wrinkle fillers used at Elase are NON-animal based. They are all created from elements that are already in your skin. For you, this means there is little to no chance of allergic reaction and longer lasting results.

Q:

Are they safe to use?

A:

All wrinkle fillers are safe to use. Because they are not animal based, such as collagen, there is little to no risk of allergic reaction. All wrinkle fillers are FDA approved and stringently tested. Side effects are minimal and include bruising, swelling, headaches and redness.

Q:

Is there any downtime?

A:

Other than minimal redness and swelling, there is little to no down-time associated with wrinkle filler treatments. Most people can return to work or social activities immediately after treatment.

Q:

How long do these fillers last?

A:

Restylane treatments can last up to 6 months. Juvaderm treatments can last up to 12 months. Radiesse treatments can last up to 1-2 years.

Q:

What is the cost?

A:

All Elase wrinkle filler products are sold by syringe. Contact your local spa to get an exact price quote.
