This company ended up taking over for “Ideal Image”. I was in need of a touch up and called Elase to figure out how to go about it since they are technically are new company. Was pleasantly surprised to realize that they do honor any contract prior Ideal Image Customer had. Even though they couldnt find my name in the system they did trust and honor that I was a precious client with a package for Brazilian Laser. Located in the exact same spot as Ideal Image. Very modern and chic. Employees were friendly and efficient and made me feel comfortable right away. Set up my next touch up already and glad that this company took over and is honoring us! They do operate on package base as well as single laser appointments.

Had the absolute BEST experience!!! I got an Erbium laser treatment for the first time and the staff to the dr. was so sweet, thoughtful and listened to my concerns throughout the entire process. I could tell immediately that they knew what they were doing and very knowledgeable about my skin journey. I will absolutely be coming back! 12/10✨

Brie is such an amazing esthetician. If you’re lost and have no idea where to start Brie is the missing piece to your void. I came across “experts” and “professionals” who told me that I needed many treatments, buy specific and expensive serums, and later do other steps, but none of them worked. I spent a lot of money trusting them because I had no idea what I was doing until I met her. She is the epitome of wisdom and guidance when it comes to your skin concerns. She would break down and tell you the very details of whatever you may ask her, literally. In addition, her enthusiasm and character is a cherry on top. She is such a blessing to me, and I bet everyone that comes across her. I cannot express how thankful I have her being part of my life because I have no idea where I would’ve been without her. I had the best first experience with Elase and Dysport injections. From the second I walked in I was greeted with kindness. Sarah, who was working the front, was extremely nice and made sure to ask if I needed anything prior to the start of my appointment. Kirsten was my injector and she was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. With this being my first experience with any type of injection she made sure to thoroughly explain every section and step and made sure I was comfortable each time and talked me through the entire process. I am in love with my results and would refer Kirsten and Elase to anyone interested! I can’t thank her enough for the amazing job and I am looking forward to my next appointment!
