I like how Stephanie is honest and takes her time to explain all of the possibilities and her reasonings for recommending each treatment. Christina, the new manager, is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, personable, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Chelsea performed my services—lip filler and Dysport—and she was phenomenal! This was my very first time getting lip filler, something I had wanted to do for a long time, and I was SO nervous. Chelsea was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process.

They used a strong numbing cream beforehand, which worked wonderfully and made the experience much more comfortable. At one point my nerves got the best of me and my heart started racing. There was absolutely no rushing me or making me feel silly or embarrassed. They immediately stopped, gave me an ice pack, fanned me, talked me through it, and made sure I was completely calm and comfortable before we continued. That level of compassion meant so much to me.

And the RESULTS!! 😍 I started with very little natural lip volume, and Chelsea gave me exactly what I was hoping for. My lips look fuller and beautifully shaped while still looking incredibly natural. I have already received so many compliments on how good they look! I wanted enhancement without looking overdone, and she absolutely nailed it.

I had been thinking about lip filler for such a long time before finally deciding to go for it, and I am SO glad I trusted ELASE with my first experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better team or better results.

This establishment is absolutely amazing! I went in for a wrinkle relaxer and filler treatment and they gave me all the information I needed to pick the best options for me. The nurse, Annelise, was so sweet and helpful. The front desk workers were super welcoming and I am so happy with my results. This place is definitely where I recommend getting treatment done!
